Terms of Service

Payment, invoicing and delivery are handled by Tebex Limited, the reseller and merchant of record for our store. Your payment is therefore also subject to Tebex's terms.

Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership. SHARKZ keeps all rights to the models, textures and files.

• You may use it on your own FiveM servers
• You may change its settings to fit your server
• The licence belongs to the Cfx.re account used for the purchase and can't be transferred

• Resell, give away, share or trade a product, in whole or in part
• Upload the files anywhere public or leak them
• Decompile, unlock or try to get around Asset Escrow protection
• Use the models or textures to make your own products to sell or give away

If you break these rules, we may end your licence without a refund, ban you from our Discord and take legal action.

After a successful payment, the product is added to the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout. Download it from Keymaster (keymaster.fivem.net) under Granted Assets.

Products protected by Asset Escrow only run on servers that use a license key from the same Cfx.re account that bought them.

If the product still hasn't appeared after 1 hour, open a ticket in our Discord.

We help with installation and with problems caused by our products, through tickets in our Discord.

• Bug fixes and improvements are free for existing buyers, but we can't promise when updates will come
• Support doesn't cover custom edits or problems caused by other scripts or assets
• Please check each product's requirements before you buy

Our products are digital files delivered right after payment, so sales are final, except when:

• You did not receive the product
• A technical problem stops the product from working and our team can't fix it

To ask for a refund, open a ticket in our Discord. Refunds go through Tebex, and a refunded product is removed from your Cfx.re account.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:

• The products in that order are removed from your account
• We may ban you from our Discord and refuse future orders

If something is wrong with your order, please open a ticket first so we can help.

Products are provided as is. We are not liable for damage to your server, data or income caused by using them, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest change. Your order is covered by the version in force on the day you bought it.
